1. Before Your Appointment

Thank you for choosing Hiroo Prime Dermatology.
To ensure your treatment is safe and effective, please carefully review the following pre-treatment instructions.

General Guidelines (For All Treatments)

Please bring your photo identification (passport or residence card).

Makeup removal and face washing are required before facial treatments.Skincare products are provided, but we kindly ask you to bring your own face towel.

Makeup products (foundation, lipstick, etc.) are not provided.If you wish to reapply makeup after treatment, please bring your own items.

A consultation fee applies: ¥2,200 for initial consultation and ¥1,100 for follow-up consultations.

Please inform us of any recent aesthetic procedures within 3 months, allergies, medications, or health conditions.

2. Treatment-Specific Instructions

Mesotherapy / Skin Booster Injections

Makeup, including sunscreen, cannot be applied on the same day after the procedure.

Avoid strenuous exercise, sauna, or alcohol intake for 24 hours after treatment.

Laser Treatments (e.g. CO₂, IPL, Pigment Laser)

The treated area may require protective tape for around 1-2 weeks.

Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least 2 week before and after treatment.

Laser Hair Removal

Please shave the treatment area the day before or on the morning of your appointment, if possible.Do not use depilatory creams or plucking.

If shaving is required at the clinic, a fee of ¥2,200 per area will be applied.

Hair removal for intimate area : Treatment is not possible during menstruation.Please notify us in advance if your schedule changes.

4. Cancellation ＆ Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made on the same day of the appointment will be charged ¥2,200.

For laser hair removal packages, the fee is ¥3,300.

Cancellations can only be made by email.
